Redirect is in preparation. SMS enrollment and messaging are not yet active. This policy covers this public website and describes information handling for the Redirect program when activated.

1. Who operates this service

Sayres Technology operates this website and Redirect, a private messaging program that lets a sender ask for a question by text and review the reply later.

2. Information used by Redirect

Phone numbers and messaging information. The program uses its sending number and the authorized recipient’s number to route messages. Twilio processes message contents and messaging metadata to provide SMS service.
Reply records. The private reply log stores incoming text, receipt timestamps, message identifiers, and the number of attachments, if any. Attachment contents are not downloaded into the app’s reply log.
Device authorization and operation. The private app uses an authorization cookie to remember a connected device. Recent send identifiers and timestamps help prevent duplicate messages.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request.

3. How information is used

Information is used to send the requested messages, receive replies, make the private log available to authorized users, prevent duplicate sends, maintain the service, and respond to support requests.

We do not use reply contents to advertise to participants.

4. Service providers and sharing

Redirect uses Twilio for text messaging and Cloudflare for hosting and private storage. Information needed to deliver messages and operate the service is processed by those providers and the mobile carriers involved in delivery. Authorized users of the private app can view the reply log.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to other organizations for their marketing.

5. Storage and clearing the log

Reply text and receipt timestamps remain in the app’s private log until an authorized user clears the log. Clearing removes that text and those timestamps from the current log. Message identifiers are retained to prevent a repeated delivery from restoring a cleared message.

Clearing the app’s log does not delete messages on a phone or records held by Twilio or mobile carriers. Those systems have their own storage and retention practices.

6. This website and cookies

This public website has no signup forms, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts added by Sayres Technology. It does not set an application cookie. The separate private Redirect app uses an authorization cookie so an approved device can access its controls and log.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website.

7. Your choices and questions

Reply STOP to stop program messages. For messaging help, reply HELP.

Email support@sayrestechnology.com to ask about information used by the program, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about participation. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
